What we actually do
A pantry, a closet and a medical-supply room, all at once
Gg’s House is a 501(c)(3) run out of a storefront on Pacific Avenue. People walk in and take what they need — and so do the schools, nursing homes, home-health agencies and hospitals who send us their families.
- Clothing for every season, every size, every age
- Food and meals, plus 2,000 lbs a week routed to local food banks
- Hygiene supplies — soap, shampoo, razors, period products, diapers
- Medical equipment — walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, crutches
- School supplies for kids across Forest Grove, Gaston and Banks

The urgent thing
Our building is for sale
We outgrew the old space in Gaston years ago and moved into Pacific Avenue. Now that building is on the market — and a nonprofit that pays rent is always one sale away from having nowhere to put the coats.
A permanent home means a warming and cooling centre, mentoring, classes, and room to serve more than 450 people a week instead of fewer.
